As you create your invitation, a interactive aid will guide and inform you about information to fill out and what it represents. To get this help, you only have to go to the icon i at the right of each page.

 
 







Editing your texts
The invitation that you chose will have a few edition zones, one or two on the first page with the insertion on your name, of your future spouse and on certain cards, your wedding date. The inside of the card also contains two edition zones corresponding to the two pages. The last editing zone is the reception invitation card.

The reception invitation card has to be filled in. You can later show if the guest is invited to the reception, which means it will be shown, when the invitation is opened. At any moment you can change the size of your text, or of the police used for this. The alignment and other options can also be changed.

Personal details
So that you can send a card by the way of our program, you must fill in the information on our site. Your postal address and contact address will be asked for with a login and password. The information is necessary for eventual printed invitations to be sent and for a personal administration of your invitation. The information will stay confidential and will never be divulged.

Editing details
It’s at this stage that you insert all the information concerning the recipients of your invitations. You can select for each recipient and whether they are invited or not to supper.

Recipients with no e-mail
For each recipient that has no e-mail we will send you a printed invitation identical to the card that you have chosen with the text that you have written.

The creation program will automatically calculate the number of e-mails and the number of invitations to be sent by post using the information concerning the recipients.

Resuming your details
 This stage will resume written information and also your recipients, with each time a button for corrections.

You can also find out the cost of sending your invitations in different currencies, the Swiss franc, the Euro, the pound or the dollar.

Summing up the costs
 This stage will show the total cost of your invitations. A button will allow you to go back and eventually change currency.

This stage also allows you to choose the different modes of payment.
After choosing the payment mode, the program will show the users general conditions.
After accepting the general conditions, the application will record all the information concerning your invitation in its memory bank.

Bank or postal transfer
An e-mail containing information concerning the transfer will be sent to you.
Following confirmation of your payment, we’ll execute sending your invitations.

Payment security by credit card
In this case, there's one last stage, filling in your credit card number. For this you will be directed to our approved partner specialised in secure bank transfers. Sending your invitations will be executed within 48 hours.


Confirmation
During the recording of your invitation, you will be informed by e-mail that all is going well. The e-mail will contain all the important information about your invitation.
In the mail sent by our administrater, you will also receive information concerning the development of the sending procedure. The mail will indicate the recipients of your invitation.

 The recipient will receive an e-mail containing the following title :

 The title and text of the mail is personal enough so that the recipient of the message won’t confuse it with SPAM.


Opening by the recipient
When the recipient of the mail has clicked on the link included in the message, He'll be directed onto the www.e-invitation.com site which will show his personal invitation.
Security has been included so that the invitation can only be opened by the receiver.

Reception confirmation
When the recipient has opened the invitation, a confirmation mail will be sent to the creator of the card. This mail will show who has opened the invitation and when.


Lecture of the card
The recipient can read the card's text and run over it with the following button. If the receiver is invited to the wedding reception, the card will also show the supper invitation. If the person is not invited to reception, the supper card will be invisible. Selecting people invited to reception is done during the creation of the card.


Recipients with no e-mail
For each guest with no e-mail, we’ll send you a printed invitation, identical to the card you have chosen with the text that you have written.
The printed invitations with the reception invitations will be sent to the creator by post and this as long as the chosen language is in the choice of languages that we print. (See the general conditions)
The final sending of these invitations will be done by the creator of the cards.
